What is the name of your state? n Pennsylvania

Legally, can I withhold my school property taxes and place these funds in a bank escrow account earmarked for school property taxes? If I do this, can the Commonwealth begin foreclosure proceedings on my home? Am I responsible for the 10% penalty that would be imposed?

As the last person answered,,,,,,,,,no you cannot do that.

But I would like to know why you think you might have the right to.
