I have a really good friend of mine that has had an internet site registered for more than three years and there is another company that e-mailed him saying that the name is a copyright infringement... This poor guy is scared out of his mind....

To complicate matters the name of the people complaining is a name of a much LARGER company that definately has copyrights on the name.... my question is how can this person find out without paying legal fees about his name. its a different name than that of the company complaining and I don't see how it can be a problem..

For example ---- http://www.coke.com we all know this one...

what about http://www.snortcoke.com similar but why wouldn't coke have a problem... know what I mean? I'm hoping you can help me....

[email protected] thanks.... =)
