What is the name of your state? il i filed for ch13 on oct12 o5 then converted to a ch 7 on 011106 i went to do taxes and i applied for the refund anticipation loan( ral) tax preparor said i will get it tuesday but since i filed for bk will the bank kick it out and will i have to wait for teh traditional time to get refund back? someone please reply back i am nervous :D

The refund is part of the BK assets, & the trustee gets to decide if you get to keep any of the refund. Did you list it as an asset & specifically exempt it? BTW, if the trustee keeps the refund, you'll still have to pay the tax prep fees.
