What is the name of your state? Texas
Is words Indictment and complaint synonymous within the Texas Code of Criminal Procedures and Texas Codes Civil Law? The reason I ask because in West Texas Statutes and Codes which contain both of the above, the Texas CCRP indicates formalities for indictment information procedures with cross references to State Law for Indictments and cross references both as synonomous in references in the book. If they can be interchangeable closely or synonomously then can complaint information and actual officer complaints and affidavit do not hold true to contents required thereof for a couple of the Complaint stipulations in Texas CCRP and alot of indictment information legalities.

Please help clarify,
Thanks,
Speedster

Wow, slow down there Speedster. Set the pipe down for a minute, then read the question you posted above and ask yourself if it makes any sense whatsoever.

Does anyone remember the show " In Living Color " ? Remember the skit with the two jailhouse lawyers who knew how to say all those fancy legal terms but did not know what they meant and they would try to use them in a sentence. I think the OP might be one of those characters. :D
