A friend informed me that her co-worker told her she had to hire a white person for a reception position because they already had too many blacks working in the building. This was a white person to white person conversation. Isn't this discrimination and how should I handle this problem. Also, I know the woman is a racist because I used to work there as well. I don't want to get my friend in trouble unless it is absolutely necessary since she is still employed there. Please let me know if I can report her.
