Recently a good friend was fired from her job. I am also employed at this company.

We were on the telephone (private lines) discussing what a creep our boss is when he broke into the conversation. I imediately told him to get of the line and what he was doing must be illegal. He did not. I reported this to my phone company and they said that he probably used a scanner to break into our conversation.

My questions:
1) Who else should I report this incident to?
2) What recourse, if any, do I have if I too get fired? (He will deny everthing, I know)
3) Should I get a lawyer at this point?
4) Is this considered harassment or stalking?

Thank you,
