What is the name of your state?pennsylvania

what happens when you work but then dont file your taxes.

can i get w-2 resent out from earlier years so i can file them or is it to late.

is there anyway to find out if they were or wernt filed?

Its not too late to file for 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005 and still receive a refund. (if you are due a refund) However you only have until April 15th on 2002. Your employer can provide a duplicate copy of any W2...and the IRS can also provide W2 information.

If the IRS has not been harassing you about 2002-2004, then odds are you are probably due a refund
