I am trying to find out if there is any way to have a judgement removed after I've already been found in default. I was in a business with a partner who borrowed money and never paid it back. We were both named in the suite as the money was for our business. I have since spoke to the person who sued us and she is willing to do whatever she can to have my name removed and just leave his on. Is there anything she can do to have this done. The judgement is from 3 1/2 years ago.
