I organized a Delaware C Corporation in December of last year (2005). I want to make use of a medical reimbursement plan for 2005 expenses for my employees. The question I have is:
"Can the new C corporation reimburse employees for expenses they incurred in 2005 that were prior to the existence of the corporation? Or is the corporation limited to reimburse for only those expenses incurred since the inception of the company?"
Thanks.
