My husband and I filed for bankruptcy but we owe the IRS a lot of money. They said that we dont' have to pay them right now since we filed for bankruptcy. We do get a refund but will the IRS see this and take it from us even if we still haven't discharged our bankruptcy? Can they touch our refund?

They will probably take your refund unless collections against you have been officially suspended.
