Due to harrassment, non promotion and verbal abuse, I left my job in July. I have been unable to get another job and have been actively blackballed by my former employer. I was even denied unemployment, though I am currently appealing their decision.

Is there anything that I can do to stop them from ruining my reputation. P.S. I live in Sequim Washington and it's a "small" town of 40K.

"Black listing" is illegal. You would have to PROVE that they are doing this, you can't just think they are.
