In The State Of California Where I Live I Began To Try To Equal The Hands Of Justice In My City And In Doing So I Found That If You Are An Attorney Appointed To Defend By The Courts You Are Also A Attorney That Prosecutes The Defendant. My Question Is Simply This:"why Waste The Tax Payers Money For A Pretense Of Justice?

The beauty of our system is that you always have the right to trial by jury for your 'crime'.

The final outcome doesn't depend on attorneys; it is based on the fair and reasonable verdict of the jury.

Take your case to trial. This is America; we have wonderful rights.
