An aunt is selling her portion of the family property. She had a survey done and the surveyor has told us that the actual boundary line is 69 feet inside the fence row that we knew to be the east boundary. The fence was put in 40 years ago when Grandpa bought the land and has not been moved even when the property on the other side of the fence was sold to another party. My question is, Does the old fence form the boundary since the fence has been there for 40 plus years or do we lose 69 feet of land to our neighbor on the east?

We are in Oklahoma.
