PA.

I am executor of my mothers estate which appears to be headed for a Will Contest.

Brothers atty forwarding letters which are becoming progressively more inflammatory.

Recent letter contains grossly false allegations of abuse.

Can allegations in the context of atty/client be construed as defamation?

Depends ENTIRELY on the specifics (what, to whom, etc.) but generally, no.

This is just lawyers spewing stuff back and forth; no one pays any attention to that stuff.
