We have just hired a new employee and he has worked for us going on 2 weeks. He is an alien with a green card to work in the US. He has been working from home and declaring more hours that his accomplishments show. We want to fire him, but are afraid of discrimination charges? What type of documentations do we need on file to fire him if any? Is there anything else that we need to be aware of if we fire this person. Any information would be of help. Thank you.
