I recently broke up with a cheating boyfriend. I bought him a computer and ipod from the last 2 christmas'. They are still being financed. One is in my mother's name and the other in mine. Can I get these back since I am still paying for them? And, can I get them with a police officer escorting me or will I need to go to court?

Thank you in Advance

A gift is a completed transaction.
At the point of the 'gifting', ownership transferred to him.

Even if you are still paying for the items, they are his.

Think of it as a small price to pay to be rid of a cheater & at least you found out before marrying him.

Yep, as garrula linqua indicated, a gift is a completed transaction & the gifts (items) are his.
