I am trying to find information about an annulment. The marriage occurred in WA state but my boyfriend now resides in MA. His wife is no where to be found. I believe she pulled the typical "military scam" by telling him she was pregnant, knowing it was not his child. He was deployed for six months and when he returned, his wife, apartment, car etc were gone but he was mailed a paternity test showing that the child belonged to another man. This was in 1992 and he hasn't heard form her since. What do we do? Do papers need to be filed in MA or WA? What if she cannot be located? Can he annul or must he divorce? Help!
