I got this email and I'm wondering if I can make more then the 300 he is offering me. I changed the domain name but you get the idea. Can he sue me if I don't give up my domain name?

My attorney has contacted me about the use of the
domain name chickyfriedchicken.com as it contains
our trademarked name friedchicken.com.

I am a reasonable person and would like to avoid
doing a formal legal process to obtain the domain name.
I would like to offer you $300 USD for the domain.
