What is the name of your state?
CA

In November 2005, I was awarded a small claims settlement. I gave the judgement debtor 2 full months to voluntarily pay. Of course, she did not. Therefore, I took the next step in the legal action process and filed a Writ of Execution (Money Judgement) and attempted to levy her bank accounts...that failed. According to the bank, she had no funds available. To complicate matters, this party lives and works in Arizona. However, she banks and owns property in the state of California. What would be my next step....I want to collect on the judgement now, not 10 years from now. Any suggestions???

Put a lien on her property in your state while you can. You will eventually get your money. Better late than never.
