I have another question for a friend.
My friend had seperated from his wife and for a few different reasons didn't file for divorce right a way.
After seperating and leaving her the house, he lived in an apartment for 6 months and then bought a house. The question is can she take half of the house he bought after he seperated from her? If she can, can he either sign it over to someone else or have someone elses name on the house with him to protect it? (Georgia State)
