The Judge that is used in the Divorce/Custody hearing is very partial towards the woman in this case and the woman is very close friends with her attorney who is also very good friends with the Judge and is also on his campaign this year to have him voted back in. My Question? Is there any hope of all to request another Judge for the case due to these circumstances so that the man can recieve fairness in the rights to his son and his monies?
