What is the name of your state? Missouri

Can an easement grant be made in a deed that specifically prevents the easement from ever being fenced? The easement being contemplated disects a field and the owner wants to be sure that he can cross the easement to reach the other side of his property without ever having to fear that the access/egress road can be fenced off.

Its all in the wording of the easement, A atty can write one up for you that will never allow the party who will be using the easement to do anything to the easement other than maybe snow plowing or running a road grader on it. the atty can cover all such things for you including things like conditions where the easement will expire. Any way you really need to go tot he links up top and locate a real estate atty and talk to her/him about what your needs are and your wishes.

easement

I know that if it is a legal recorded which you did not mention . Did you buy the property with easement. If you make something of it he may start using it alot more and improve it and charge you for half the cost as you probably use it for a driveway is that the case , I kind of think so and you may reap what you sew.:
