My neighbor's fence is about 5 inches crossed the property line in my side. Do I need to ask the neighbor to move the fence back to his side? What if I want to share his fence for my own fence? Do I still ask the neighbor to move the fence back? I guess I am looking for a way that the neighbor does not to move the fence and the fence won't cause any problem to me in the future. Please advise me what to do with my neighbor's fence with such encroachment.
