MY EX-HUSBAND HAS A TRUCK LOAN THAT I AM ON AND HE ALSO OWES MY MOM MONEY FOR A CARD THAT SHE LET HIM USE. NOW THAT WE ARE DIVORCED AND WILL NEVER GET BACK TOGETHER HE INSISTS THAT HE IS NOT GOING TO PAY MY MOM OFF AND IS ALWAYS LATE WITH THE TRUCK PAYMENT AND THAT IS RUINING MY CREDIT. IS THERE ANYWAY THAT I CAN HAVE HIS WAGES GARNISHED SO THAT MY MOM CAN GET PAID OFF AND THE TRUCK PAYMENT BE ON TIME?

My response:

The situation with the truck should have been dealt with in the Property Settlement Agreement. If it wasn't, you're stuck. If it was, then sue him in Small Claims Court.

Your Mom must sue him directly. She can file her claim in Small Claim Court.
