What is the name of your state? Ohio
My son is in jail for alligations that he assaulted someone, and he's also accused of gross sexual imposition. I hired a lawyer and paid him, but still owe a balance. Since the first of February 2006 he only visited my son once in jail. Everytime I call I have to deal with his secretary. What should I do, and should I pay him the balance of attorney fee?
