Ok- if someone is fired from job, went to unemployment, started to collect $ for 4 weeks- 6 weeks later- company denies benefits- Phone hearing takes place, Mediator decides both parties are at fault, and claiment is denied for 4 weeks of benefits. BUT- the 4 weeks are dated for four weeks that were allready collected. SO- will there be some kind of hearing to ask claiment to pay back- what happens now? Or will the four weeks be changed to a later day that the claiment will be denide?
