My 17 yr old daughter has constantly been verbally attacked by her supervisor; sometimes coming home in tears. Last week her supervisor chastised her in front of a customer she was waiting on and called her a "stupid dumb blond
b----h (profanity)". She left at lunch and did not return. She was called two days later by another supervisor advising her they wanted her to come back, that her supervisor had been talked to by her supervisor and the district office had been called. She was supposed to think it over and call them today with her decision. When she did call, she was informed that they had hired someone else. What is the best course of action here? Can you speak to someone in that manner when their "Associate Manual" prohibits it? (Texas)
