My Chihuahua recently had puppies. I saw that many people were selling their unregistared puppies for $400 and more. I put an ad in the paper stating I had Chihuahua puppies with no papers for sale, females $250 and males $200. I sold each one the same day. Today a women called that bought the female runt. I sold her the puppy for $200 instead of $250 so she could take the puppy to the vet for shots and worming. She told me that she took the puppy to the vet and it has intestinal parasites. She told me I need to pay the vet bill. My question is am I liable for the vet bill?Thank You
