Separation in SC. My husband just informed me that he is
leaving me. I need some advice, please. Everything "we"
have or own is owned by a corporation and/or partnership,
except the house we presently live in. I have also found
evidence of bank accounts I didn't know he had, plus I know
that he has cash stashed somewhere. What are my options?
What do I need to do? Please advise. Thank you.

You need a good attorney.. present all the evidence you have and get a temp seperation order in place now.. that way it effectively freezes all assets and monies.. if he clears all the accounts after the order then he is still liable to split that money.
