My neighbor has his electrical wires that run to a post that is on our property. We are trying to have this post moved so that we can prepare the building site. We have to asked the neighbor to remove the wires but they refuse saying they don't have any money. Any suggestions on how we can deal with this without going to court?

It's not your neighbors' electrical wires; they belong to the electric providers.

Talk to the utility company.
