What is the name of your state? Texas

We are in the beginning dealings with TXU over a 160' 345kv transmission line. PUC gave them the right to cross our property. The route granted them gave them the right to cross to the east of an existing pipeline easement. Now TXU wants to go the the west of the pipeline easement on the top of our hill and down the hill crossing over the only two ponds providing water to our livestock. Can they sway from the route they were granted by PUC?:confused:What is the name of your state?

They will need a new easement. You can negotiate a monetary settlement or let them condemn the ROW.
