Go ahead and call me a nimby nimby nimby

We successfully fought a battle with the school district not to put a 28 foot two story building 30 feet from our houses and back yard .They moved it to the lower part of the campus But in turn (retaliation ) they moved in nine potable school trailers, that now sit four feet above our homes, 8 foot fence line. Our house sit below the school. So it is very ugly plus , when all the Air Conditioners go off it will be loud. They are exempt of course from all cities zoning laws. We meet again with officials . What should be our game plan?
