what are my options

My husband and i were in a automobile accident in 1998 and we both recieved a settlement. I used the money i recieved to buy a mobile home. There is very little left owed on it. However it is on land that belongs to his father. He is now threating to kick me out and my two children also.(from a previous marriage). He is a alcholoic and has committed adultry , as well as being verbally abusive each day. What can i do to not loose my security for my children and myself.

Move the mobile home ?? Try posting this question on the property/real estate boards.. they might be able to help you with the legal side to 'being kicked off his land'.
