Complex situation where a house is located on two lots, C and D. Owner of lot C conveyed property to son and wife. Their's a house on lot C the two were living in. The son and wife got a divorce and the court ordered that the wife to get the house. She got the house and got a home equity loan and got foreclosed for not paying. Bank couldn't sell house for the price they want and sold it to a LLC. A title search shows that lot D was nevered conveyed to son and wife and part of the house is on lot D. The city has the tax bill for the property as including lot C and D. City says the records are not accurate but they cannot separate lot C and D because part of the house being on lot D. Taxes were paid by owner of lot C for lot D for about 15 years (adverse possession?)
