I am studying racial discrimination in college/professional sports, particularly in coaching and administration. Has there been any court cases in the area of racial discrimination in the college/professional coaching ranks?
If so, I'd like to get the case notes. If not, I was wondering why not. With so many studies showing the discrepancies between black and white hiring, why hasn't anybody brought this issue to court? What would an individual have to prove against a college/professional organization to win his/her case?
