Signed contract in 8/2005.bulder late in getting permits,finally 2/2006 permits done by county-builder has permits,(after "we" tell them they are ready) hasn't made appt with contrator for us, hasn't started anything. rarely calls back after leaving messages. won't give answer on when they will start construction. always has excuses for not calling back or why nothing being done yet. we have been without a home since hurricane Charlie destroyed ours, rents are "high". patience running out...
