IOLTA Account.....

What is the name of your state? Arizona

Spouse, (Attorney), had a check bounce on his IOLTA account; and I recently found that when he addressed it with the state bar; he blamed on me; that I failed to keep his books properly (I have never kept books for his practice)......are there any repercussions for me?

No, but I'd call the bar and inform them.

This guy appears to be an unethical snake, and you need to fight fire with fire.
