What is the name of your state? MI
Original owner of land that bordered lake, took upon himself to fill in water/marsh land to create dry land (this was prior to there being law that prohibits). This land extends past the existing plat on record at the county building. He died two years ago and property was sold 1 year ago. Current owner has taken the lot to the township to divide and resell. Additional issue is that there is also undeveloped county road which extendes to the lake according to the plat. Land has been created past the plat, does the road also continue to the lake ? OR is the land that 'doesn't exist' on the plat not owned ? And thus considered part of the lake ? Who has rights to this land, does the road continue ?
