I am in Louisiana. A person bought a lot between me and my neighbor in our subdivision. Land not really big enough for a house, so she moved in a trailer, going across my land to do so, without asking my permission. Our covenant papers state that no trailer can be put in the subdivision as a residence.
First, what are my rights for her going across my land without permission? Second, what are our rights for trailers being in the neighborhood?

Well, you could shoot her for trespassing, throw rocks at her or just tell her to stop using your land for trailer trash entry.
Second, what are our rights for trailers being in the neighborhood?
Tell your HOA to evict her.
