Urgent!
Right to sue in federal court ends Monday 05/08/06.
I was intimidated and threatened during an office meeting and when I reported it to the company the office manager discharged me the same day.
Can the new EEOC harassment/ hostile work enviornment guidelines help?
Hope the information can help me acquire an attorney.

To what new EEOC harassment/ hostile work enviornment guidelines are you referring?

What precisely did you report to the company?

How and why were you intimidated and threatened?

Have you already filed a charge with EEOC or a state human rights agency and been issued a notice of right to sue?
