What is the name of your state? Alabama

I have a condo pre-construction contract for a unit at a condo development in Panama City Beach Florida. The constructiion has been commenced going on 3 years now. We do not have an estimated completion date at this point. The contract provides for a two year completion period. However, it does provide a force majeure provision.

Given the hurricanes of last year my question is how long a delay does this allow? What is the name of your state?
