ok, is it alright to copy a photograph of an individual (a photograph that was taken of the individual with the individual's consent) and alter said photograph slightly (adding words, shading, effects, in other words, making art) and then posting them in sticker form in various locations or selling them to others who may or may not post them in various locations??? (the picture of said individual is not taken from said individual, it is taken from a third party who actually snapped and owns the photo of said individual) also, these pictures are not derrogatory or slanderous in any way....
