My Attorney

I have attained an attorney in PA to represent me in my divorce case. Over a month ago she had cashed the check i sent her and i still havent reciceved a call from her ,, i have sent her faxes in reguards to what i want ... and and left numerous messages on her machine ,, with no response. As legal advisors looking here, I would appreciate your opinions on what to do .. Legall and personally. Thanks

My response:

Demand a refund of all monies, in writing. Demand your file be delivered to you. Tell her she has 3 days to accomplish this task, or you'll file a complaint with the State Bar.
