onlne drugs

I bought 50 tabs of Phentermine a few weeks ago form a website outside of the country. I just got a letter from the FDA sayitng that is has been intercepted and is a new drug with no known purpose. It has been returned to customs for final disposition. I have not yet heard from customs. What kind of charges can be brought against me and what are the penalties?
