can a person file a malpractice suit against an attorney who did not represent a person appropriately?
Do you require this to be answered by an attorney or is the correct answer acceptable from anybody?

You have the right to sue anyone you want.

Do you need this answer notarized?

There was only one legal question in there - "Can I sue my lawyer?" The answer is yes.

People are being smart a**ses because they have to answer the same simple question repeatedly and because the poster seems to be more interested in playing games than in seeking legal advice.

Perhaps the OP should ask "Should I sue my lawyer?"

She can sue if she would like. You see, Shay answered that very correctly. Now the real question is;, is there a snowballs chance in Florida of winning?

BTW; as you can see by my screen name, I do not claim to be a hot shot legal eagle for I am justalayman.
