I live and work in CA.

About 6 months ago I was harrased by my supervisor. He told people in the office that, as a result, he would do whatever he could to prevent my being promoted or getting a raise. I recently asked about a raise that I was told I would get and he said that he "decided that he didnt want to give it to me".

I recently discovered through the grapevine that I may be fired. My question is, would it be worth while to pursue this matter in the event that I do get fired and where would be a good place to start looking for a lawyer?

Thank you,

Mike
