Do I have the right to refuse to ride in a van with a chain smoker ?

I work as an electrician in Connecticut and we travel in a company van from place to place throughout the day.

No smoking in the workplace. A company van is considered a workplace if more than one person is using it. OSHA. Nothing like a little tolerance and having him blow it out the window is there? They just might make you drive your owwn car and follow them or vice-versa for the smoker.
