What is the name of your state? Washington State
Can anyone tell me, or if someone knows, the law on a superior court judge using his wife as the court reporter and having his daughter taking evidence in a trial? Can anyone tell me where I can find the law or somewhere where I can find out the legality of this?
Thank you

Exactly what do you mean by his daughter "taking evidence"? Unless you have been harmed and can explain how you have been harmed, there may not necessarily be anything wrong with this if it's a small town and if each person is qualified to do their job.

My response:

The writer is talking about the daughter holding a cup and saying, "okay, piss in this."
