What is the name of your state? North Carolina
i bought a Chevy Venture 1999, at a dealer for 6,000 on Aug 13, 2005, then on Aug 30, 2005 the car had engine trouble. i took the van to the dealer and they fixed the problem, so they say. they told me i had to pay have of the repair which came up to 600.00 total repair, i paid them 300.00. then on Jun 9, 2006 the engine broke down again with the same problem while i was driving, which i could have had an accident. when i bought the van it had 65,000 miles, now it has 70,000 miles. i can not use the van anymore, unless i buy a new motor... is this cover under the lemon law? i have the receipt of the last repair.

thanks, Rocky
