I just bought a 2000 Grand Caravan SE Sport, It's been in
the shop three times in two months for the same transmission
problem "Leaking Fluid". The dealer said the fluid is
seeping through the casing of the transmission which is
defective, also the TSB Bullentin says the 2000 Grand Caravan has "Leaking Fuel through the Rail Seals" which
can catch on fire and last but not lease the steering wheel has a click/rattle when going over bumps. My question is
that I feel this car is unsafe to drive, I would like to know if the Lemon Law applies to this case. Thank You.
